At JRL, we stand by the quality and reliability of our products. We offer the following warranty coverage under normal use and proper maintenance as outlined in the product manual.
Warranty Coverage

Clippers & Trimmers – 24-month warranty

Hairdryers – 24-month warranty - effective for purchases made from 1st July 2025.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Consumable items such as blades, guards, lubricants, and cleaning brushes

Products altered or fitted with non-genuine or aftermarket parts

Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, improper storage, or failure to follow operational guidelines

Products showing signs of inadequate maintenance (e.g., lack of cleaning or lubrication)

Freight damage or mishandling after initial delivery
Conditions

A valid proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.

Claims submitted without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

If the product is outside the warranty period or lacks proof of purchase, service may be available at the customer’s expense. A maintenance fee will apply and must be paid prior to the return of the item.

If the product is inspected and no fault is found, return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If general maintenance resolves the issue, a minimum maintenance fee of $50 will be charged.

If additional parts are required, you will be contacted for approval before any work is carried out.

You will be invoiced for the cost of parts and your item will not be returned until all outstanding fees, including postage, are paid in full.
- Refunds will not be issued for items found to be working as expected, especially where the issue relates to normal wear and tear (e.g., a worn blade requiring replacement).
